Supporting law enforcement and providing closure for families and individuals effected by the loss of a family member or friend is Kelly’s goal.

I am a mother in a blended family of four wonderful children, and I cherish the joys and challenges of parenthood. I embrace the unique talents and aspirations of each child, supporting their dreams and encouraging their growth.
My passion for helping others extends beyond my family and career. I am actively involved in my community and am excited to take on the role of Vice President for Find Me, a position that aligns perfectly with my desire to uplift and support those around me. My genuine love for helping others shines through in everything I do, making me a cherished friend, mentor, and advocate.
In all aspects of my life, I strive to exemplify dedication, compassion, and a relentless drive to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Arlene's career includes significant work in government relations and policy advocacy, most notably as the Nevada Ombudsman for Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Assault at the Nevada Attorney General’s Office. In this role, she served as a key advocate for victims while working closely with law enforcement to investigate human trafficking leads. Arlene played a pivotal role in the passage of several crucial bills, advocating for and helping pass multiple pieces of legislation focused on human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Her work ensured that the emotional, psychological, and legal needs of survivors were met compassionately and holistically. Additionally, she worked with community organizations and legal teams to create systemic change in support of survivors.
Arlene also served as the Director of Online Communications and Hispanic Media for Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval, where she led outreach efforts to underserved communities, focusing on educating and empowering Hispanic populations. Arlene was the Governor’s spokesperson for all Hispanic media and served as a liaison to further education bills during a different legislative session.
In addition to her advocacy and policy work, Arlene has extensive experience in media relations and live event production, having worked with major networks such as Univision, NBC, Fox, CBS, and MTV. As a bilingual news anchor and executive producer, she delivered impactful programming focused on mental health awareness, public wellness, and emotional well-being.
